We have been busy picking fresh, local tomatoes right off the vine! 150 pounds of tomatoes, to be precise. What do we do with all these tomatoes? We’re processing and storing them to help keep the menu fresh all winter.
With all those tomatoes, it’s definitely Tomato Week!! Fresh tomatoes grace nearly every one of our dishes this week – Sundried Tomato Croissants, Tomato Bisque, Baked Ziti, Lasagna made with fresh pasta and much more!
And to make tomato week even sweeter, we’re taking 10% off all orders over $50!
