Harvest Breakfast Bowl
Bell pepper, onion, corn, pasilla peppers, farm fresh scrambled eggs and shredded cheese. (VT)

A bed of greens with seasoned seared bell pepper and onion (chicken option), fresh corn, black beans, tomatoes and freshly made salsa. (VT)

Peach Chili & Cornbread
Hearty chili made with a peach base instead of tomato, pinto and kidney beans, pasilla peppers and bell peppers. With shredded cheese and slice of cornbread. (VT)

Scratch made flatbread topped with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil and balsamic glaze. (VT)
