Pomegranate & Walnut Salad
A bed of spring mix with sides of pomegranate seeds, toasted walnuts, feta cheese and balsamic dressing. (VT)
White Wine & Roasted Grape Chicken Dinner
Oven roasted chicken in a buttery, garlicy, rosemary infused white wine sauce. Served with sides of creamy mashed potatoes, gravy, and rosemary balsamic oven roasted grape medley.
A hearty piece of six-cheese lasagna with scratch made marinara, herbs and six different cheeses! (VT)
