Mushroom, Asparagus and Cherry Tomato Omelet
Sautéed mushrooms, asparagus and blistered cherry tomatoes in a fluffy omelet made with locally sourced eggs. (VT)

English Muffin Sandwich
A soft English muffin, farm fresh poached egg, and plenty of sliced cheddar cheese. (VT)

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
Locally grown butternut squash graces this flavorful, savory and satisfying soup. (VT) (GF)

Broccoli Bacon Cheddar Soup
Broccoli, carrots, celery and applewood smoked bacon in a delicious cheesy broth.

Cheesy Mushroom Casserole
A creamy, cheesy casserole made with a sautéed mushroom medley, cream and mozzarella cheese. Served with a French roll. (VT) (GF)

Scratch made flatbread crust topped with locally grown roasted butternut squash, and a rosemary infused cream sauce. Topped with manchego cheese from Firestone Farmstead in Benicia, CA.

Our cheesecakes are made with Philadelphia Cream Cheese, farm fresh eggs, real butter and a fresh made graham cracker crust.
