About Our Food
CPM Delivers is a meal prep and food delivery service, serving the cities of Vallejo and Benicia. We pre-cook exceptional food and provide simple reheating instructions for your convenience, and deliver it right to you!
How can I get added to or removed from your menu and delivery list?
Easy! If you wish to receive our weekly menu, email the word “GO” to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you ever want to be removed from our list, just email us the word “STOP”.
What makes you different from other food delivery services? So many things….
We make regular food for regular people. Soup, breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, homemade jams and treats.
We are not subscription based.
The portions are human-sized.
We do not use a lot of salt or fat. We use a lot of flavor.
We don’t use fillers and things we cannot pronounce.
You have nothing to chop or prep.
There are no recipes to follow.
Just warm it up and enjoy!
Who designs your menu?
We do! We are committed to making really good food that you and your family want to eat. We have good food, good ingredients and two chefs who know good food.
What kind of ingredients you use?
Good ones. Fresh meats, local produce, organic dairy, local free range farm fresh eggs, organic baking ingredients, fresh herbs, freshly ground spices, house made sauces and dressings. All fresh. All the time. No preservatives, no fillers, no junk. We provide local and organic ingredients whenever possible – we work hard to make this happen. We also love to use all Tillamook cheeses as they are vegetarian!
Are you allergen free?
We have a very high standard of cleanliness, but since we share a cooking space, we must let you know that your food may have been made in the same facility which may have prepared shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, gluten, dairy and other food allergens.
You must use something that’s pre-made?
Yes. Some breads, tortillas, condiments, sausages and pastas – but only quality products. Sometimes these items are housemade, and will be noted on the menu.
Are you all organic or local?
No. We are as organic as we can be. A lot of our ingredients are organic or local, but some ingredients are very expensive when you go organic, and we would have to pass that high cost along to our customers. During any regular local harvest season, we shop farm stands or we are out in the fields picking our own produce.
Do you have vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and options?
We frequently have some of these options, you can find them on the menu item marked with an asterisk. i.e. *Gluten Free*
How long is my food good for?
All of our foods are best eaten within 5 days of delivery.
What kind of packaging do you use?
The kind that can be rinsed and tossed into your recycle bin.
How do I heat up my food?
Most of our items are microwave ready in minutes. We will sometimes offer items that are oven prep only, but this will be noted on the menu as *Oven only*.
How do I order?
By email. Provide your name, address, phone number and the items you would like to order by email at email@example.com.
When will I receive my weekly menu?
The weekly menu is typically sent on Monday of each week. A reminder email will be sent on Thursday, when orders are due.
When is my order due?
All orders for the following week are due on Thursday by 10 pm.
When do you deliver?
We deliver on Monday evening and Tuesday evening, from 5-8 pm. There may be a change in delivery dates during holidays and holiday weekends. We also provide cooler drops for our customers on the go.
What’s a cooler drop? How does that work?
First, tell us that you want a Cooler Drop for your order. Your order will be delivered to your doorstep between 5-8 pm on our regular delivery days, Monday and Tuesday. We will leave your order with an appropriate amount of ice packs to keep your food cool until you arrive home. We ask that you put out the cooler and ice packs for your next delivery. There is no charge for this service.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Vallejo and Benicia for free for all orders over $25. Please contact us regarding deliveries to other local Bay Area cities.
How can I pay for my order?
After we have received your order, we will generate an invoice and order confirmation from our card processing company, Square. Your invoice will have a delivery time confirmation. You can pay for your order from the invoice, or at the time of delivery with cash. We do not accept checks or credit cards at the time of delivery. All order confirmations will be issued by Friday at 5 pm.
Will you automatically charge my credit or debit card for future orders?
No. If you want your card charged automatically for your orders, you must send us an email to this effect.
What if I have more questions, an issue, or my order is incorrect?
Email us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org. We check our email frequently during regular business hours and will get back to you as soon as possible.
